This project has shops and entertainment halls that are rented, the project is located at the intersection of Msimbazi/Mhonda Street and Congo/narungombe Kariakoo Dar es Salaam. This area is known as DDC KARIAKOO.
The organization has a plan to build a building of about ten floors in this area with great commercial and historical attraction for entertainment opposite Mlimani City University Road, Makongo. There will be more than 200 shops, large and medium entertainment halls for music, parties and meetings, corporate and private offices, bars and restaurants and parking.
This project is a one-story building with two warehouses located in the leather shed area on Nyerere Road. All buildings are leased to one tenant named JAMBO FREIGTH who is engaged in the business of cargo transportation.

This farm has a size of 5,000 hectares located in Mabwepande Municipality of Kinondoni and Ubungo in Dar es Salaam. The organization has changed the use of this farm to plots for various uses such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Community Services and Open Spaces.
