The Dar es Salaam Development Corporation (DDC), is continuing with the project of surveying plots in its area of Mabwepande in the city of Dar es Salaam. Due to various meetings of leaders and citizens of Mabwepande, a new price agreement has been reached which is TSH 3000 per square meter.
In addition, all citizens who have already been given “control numbers” are encouraged to pay for their plots in advance through any branch of TCB (Tanzania Commercial Bank) formerly the Postal Bank.
