The Dar es Salaam Development Corporation is looking to start a project to improve its DDC Kariakoo area by starting the construction of a new and modern building that will have the capacity to accommodate more than 500 shops. These are major improvements over the current Building which can only accommodate 94 Cabins.
This building will provide commercial and investment opportunities for large and small businesses, thus expanding the scope of income for the organization. In addition, this building will change the landscape of DDC Kariakoo and make it more attractive and modern.
